§ 151.09 FIRE PROTECTION.
   (A)   Fires shall be made only in stoves, incinerators or equipment intended for such purposes.
   (B)   Portable fire extinguisher rated for Class A, B and C fires shall be kept visible in service buildings and at other locations conveniently and readily accessible for use by all of the occupants and shall be maintained in good operating condition.
