§ 150.16 ASSIGNMENT OF NUMBERS.
   (A)   House and building number shall be assigned in a uniform manner.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to assign numbers to every house or other building in the city and, if necessary, make changes in the existing numbering system to provide for a uniform method of numbering.
