§ 150.02 APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The application, administration and enforcement of the code shall be in accordance with Minn. Rules Ch. 1300 and as modified by Minn. Rules Ch. 1305.
   (B)   The Building Official of the city shall be a state-certified building official and be appointed by the City Council annually.
