If any of the descriptions or depictions of sexual conduct described in § 133.01 of this chapter are declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawfully included therein because the descriptions or depictions are constitutionally protected or for any other reason, the declaration shall not invalidate this chapter as to other patently offensive sexual conduct included therein.
