§ 116.10 EFFECTIVENESS.

The provisions of §§ 116.01, 116.02, 116.08 and 116.09 of this chapter shall automatically apply upon adoption of this chapter. Sections 116.03, 116.04, 116.05, 116.06 and 116.07 of this chapter shall not be effective until the adoption of a City Council resolution or ordinance authorizing the licensing of persons covered by those sections.
