§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 or in default thereof to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, plus the costs of prosecution in any case.
