§ 94.02 LIBRARY BOARD; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   The public library shall be under the jurisdiction of a board of seven directors known as the “Library Board of the City of Wabasha”.
   (B)   The general statutes of the state applying to public libraries and reading rooms shall govern the appointment of the Board members, their tenure in office and their powers and duties.
