§ 92.10 POLICE AID AT EMERGENCY SCENE.
   It is hereby made the special duty of the Chief of Police, police officers and other peace officers as are on duty at the time, to respond to all fire alarms and assist the Fire Department in the protection of life and property of the citizens, and the property of the Fire Department, and in controlling and regulating traffic and maintaining order.
