§ 92.09 POLICE POWERS OF FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
   At all times when the Fire Department is traveling to a fire or the scene of an alarm of fire, or is present at a fire, or the scene of an alarm of fire, or other emergency, all members of the Fire Department shall be vested with police powers to enforce the provisions of this subchapter and to make arrests for the violation thereof. The officer of the Fire Department in command at the scene of a fire shall have the authority to direct the operations of all police and peace officers present at the scene. The Fire Chief and the Fire Marshal are hereby vested with all police powers necessary to investigate the cause, origin, circumstances of any fire or alarm of fire or other emergency.
