The officer of the Fire Department in command at any fire or other emergency shall have power to cause the removal of any property, whenever it shall become necessary for the preservation of the property from fire, or to prevent the spreading of fire, or to protect adjoining property, and, to that end, may enter or order any member of the Fire Department to enter premises involved in danger or endangering other property.
