§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 91.01 of this chapter is a misdemeanor. The imposition of one penalty for any violation of § 91.01 of this chapter shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. Each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   A violation of any provision of § 91.16 of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $700 and imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, in addition to the other remedies set forth herein.

   (D)   It is a petty misdemeanor for any person to fail or neglect to cut and remove or otherwise eradicate weeds, as directed in § 91.35 through 91.38 of this chapter, or fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of any notice provided herein or to violate the provisions of §§ 91.35 through 91.38 of this chapter or to resist or obstruct the Weed Inspector or his or her employees in the cutting, removal or eradication of weeds.
