§ 90.33 UNCLAIMED ANIMALS.
   (A)   At the expiration of the times established in § 90.32 of this chapter, if the animal has not been reclaimed in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, the officer appointed to enforce this chapter may let any person claim the animal by complying with all provisions in this chapter, or release the animal to an animal shelter, or cause the animal to be destroyed in a proper and humane manner and shall properly dispose of the remains thereof.
   (B)   Any money collected under this chapter shall be payable to the Clerk-Treasurer.
