§ 90.14 ENFORCING OFFICER.
   The Chief of Police is hereby designated as the city’s animal control officer appointed to enforce the provisions of this chapter. In the officer’s duty of enforcing the provisions of this chapter, he or she may, from time to time, designate assistants.
