§ 50.06 TIME OF DISPOSAL.
   All garbage must be disposed of in a sanitary manner at least once a week between May 1 and November 1 of each year, and at least bi-monthly between November 1 and May 1 of each year, and all rubbish must be disposed of at least monthly between May 1 and November 1 of each year.
