(A) Garbage, refuse, rubbish or other waste matter shall be so loaded that none of the materials can jar loose and fall to the ground or street when the vehicle is in motion.
(B) Loose paper, trash and similar materials shall be so secured that they cannot be displaced by the wind or fall our of the vehicle.
(C) Containers used to carry refuse in or on any vehicle shall comply with the requirements of § 50.03 of this chapter.
