§ 50.04 VEHICLE MAINTENANCE.
   Every vehicle licensed hereunder shall be kept well painted, clean and in good repair. Every vehicle used for collecting garbage or swill shall be cleaned every week or oftener as necessary to prevent persistent odors and shall be cleaned before being used for any other purpose.
