(A) A deferral, if granted, shall be effective for a period of five years.
(B) A deferral may be renewed for an additional five years upon the filing of a similar application prior to the end of the five-year period.
(C) The procedure for approval on a subsequent application shall be the same as for the initial application, as set forth herein.
