§ 32.29 FILING OF DEFERRAL STATUS; FEE.
   (A)   An eligible applicant must file an application, in duplicate, on a form prescribed by the County Auditor and approved by the city and submitted to the City Clerk.
   (B)   The applicant will be charged an administrative filing fee of $25 to process all applications for special assessment deferments.
