§ 31.073 INTERFERENCE.

Any person found meddling or interfering with any firefighter while in the discharge of his or her duties or tampering with any fire apparatus, whether as a fire or otherwise or sounding a false alarm, shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined as set out in § 10.99.
