(A) The Chief shall, semi-annually, at the first meeting in May and November of each year make a detailed report to the City Council, which will show as follows: the number of members of the companies; the number of alarms responded to; the number of members on duty at each call; a complete inventory of the city property in his or her custody and the condition of the same.
(B) The report shall also contain a list of equipments needed for the Department, if any.
