§ 31.065 ORGANIZATION.
   The Fire Department shall be forthwith established and shall consist of one Chief of the Fire Department and four volunteer companies, as follows: two hose companies of 12 persons each; one hook and ladder company of 14 persons; and one engine company of five persons, exclusive of firefighter and engineer.
