(A) The salary of the Mayor shall be $3,000 per year and the salary of each Council person shall be $2,500 per year.
(B) The following duties shall be defined as part of the annual salary:
(1) All regular scheduled Council meetings (24 per year);
(2) Individual meetings with the City Clerk and/or city staff members reviewing council agendas, concerns or other city action items; and
(3) Ground breaking, open houses, dedication ceremonies, public relations and other invited social functions.
