§ 38.70 QUALIFIED 100% DISABLED VETERAN PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION.
   Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30, et seq,, all qualified 100% disabled veterans owning a taxable dwelling house in the Township of Voorhees shall be eligible for a property tax exemption upon completion of the necessary application materials to be filed with the Township's Tax Assessor, retroactive to the date the application is completed and filed.
