There is hereby created a BID Advisory Board which shall consist of seven or more persons appointed by the Mayor pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:56-79, at least a majority of whom shall be owners or occupants of properties included in the BID pursuant to this chapter, or representatives of said owners or occupants; at least one of which shall be a member of the governing body of Voorhees; and at least one of which shall be a property owner or owner of a business or property located within the geographic area identified in Schedule A attached to Ordinance No. 325-18 and known as the “Voorhees Town Center BID.” As used herein, “BID Advisory Board” may also be referred to as the “Advisory Board” or the “Board.”
