The powers and duties of the officers and members of the Fire Department shall be as prescribed by the laws of this state and such rules and regulations as may now or hereafter be adopted by the Township Committee and the Fire Department. All members of the Fire Department shall have the power to serve and execute all processes issued by the Fire Department, Fire Chief and Director of Public Safety in accordance with the laws of this state.
