No volunteer officer or member of the Fire Department shall be entitled to any payment hereunder until he or she shall have first executed a waiver to be prepared under the direction of the Township Clerk, waiving any and all claims to pension, civil service or employment status of any kind whatsoever as a result of receiving payments under this chapter.
