§ 31A.44 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION; APPROVAL.
   (A)   Any applicant seeking to join the Fire Department shall make application thereto.
   (B)   After application has been made, the applicant will follow the steps prescribed by the Department’s policies.
   (C)   After completion of all the prescribed steps in the Department’s policy, the name of the applicant shall be submitted to the Fire Chief for approval. After approval by the Fire Chief, the name of the applicant shall be presented to Township Committee for confirmation.
