§ 31A.19 APPOINTMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS AND EMS PROVIDERS.
   All paid members of the Fire Department shall be appointed by the Township Committee in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:14-7 et seq., N.J.A.C. 4a:1 et seq. and the terms of this chapter.
