Upon obtaining a license as hereinafter provided, a peddler, solicitor or transient merchant may conduct licensed activities within the Township only as long as he adheres to the regulations set forth in this chapter and carries the license upon his person or displays the license in a conspicuous place at all times during the conduct of the licensed activities. The license shall be shown to any individual upon request.
