§ 71.35 2401 EVESHAM ROAD.
   (A)   General parking.
      (1)   All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
      (2)   No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below.

      (3)   Handicapped parking. All van accessible stalls shall be eight feet wide with an eight- foot loading area, and standard handicapped parking stalls shall be eight feet wide with a five-foot loading area as shown on the site plan attached to Ord. 171-10, and signed with R7-8 and R7-8P (Reserved Parking with Penalty Plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
   (B)   Through streets, stop and yield intersections.
      (1)   Through streets. No through traffic is permitted between Cooper Road (CR 675) and Evesham Road (CR 544) for any other purpose than to utilize or patronize any facilities on the site. No person shall drive a motor vehicle through the property for the purpose of avoiding a traffic signal or sign on the public roadways.
      (2)   Stop intersections. The following described intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.

   (C)   Speed limits.
      (1)   The speed limit for both directions of traffic in the parking aisles shall be 25 mph.
      (2)   The advisory speed limit for the speed hump is 15 mph.
   (D)   Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard, may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner’s or operator’s expense.
   (E)   No passing zones. All streets or parts of streets shall be designated as no passing zones.
