§ 117.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 or more than $1,000 for each offense. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. The licensee shall be fully responsible for any violation of this chapter occasioned by or with the condemnation of the licensee’s partners, officers, shareholders, agents or employees. Any such violation shall be imputed to the licensee. For a third or subsequent violation under this chapter, the mercantile license of the business may be revoked upon notification by Mayor and Township Committee.
   (B)   Any person or entity that violates the provisions governing second-hand watches shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 or by imprisonment not to exceed 100 days, or both.
