(A) Any person or entity involved in the business of selling watches, who may sell a second-hand watch or in any other way pass title thereto, shall deliver to the vendee a written notice bearing the words “second-hand watch” in bold letters, larger than any of the other written matter upon the invoice.
(B) Additionally, the invoice shall have the following:
(1) Name and address of the vendor;
(2) Name and address of the vendee;
(3) Date of the sale;
(4) Name of the watch and its maker;
(5) Serial numbers;
(6) Distinguishing numbers or identification marks and if such marks have been erased, defaced, removed, altered or covered the invoice shall state; and
(7) The vendor shall maintain a copy of the record for a period of five years from the date of the sale.
