(A) The pawnbroker shall issue a ticket with the following information:
(1) Name of pledgor;
(2) Name of pawnbroker;
(3) Place the pledge was made;
(4) Article or articles pledged;
(5) Amount of the loan;
(6) Date of the transaction;
(7) Serial number of the loan;
(8) Rate of interest; and
(9) Copy of N.J.S.A. 45:22-22 and 45:22-24.

(B) The holder may redeem the pledge by presenting the ticket to the pawnbroker as long as the principal and interest are paid. The person may also redeem the pledge by mail pursuant to all appropriate fees being paid.

(C) If a ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, the pledgor shall notify the pawnbroker in writing. The receipt of such notice shall be treated as a stop against the loan. The pledgor will be required to set forth an affidavit of the alleged loss, or theft of the ticket. The pledgor shall then have the ability to redeem the loan or receive a new ticket.
