§ 117.072 PAWNBROKER’S RECORDS.

   Each pawnbroker shall maintain a book in which shall be recorded in ink at the time of making each loan, the following:

   (A)   Name and address of each pledgor;

   (B)   Where a pledge is made by a person acting as an agent, the name and address of the agent;

   (C)   Date of the transaction;

   (D)   Amount of the loan;

   (E)   Article or articles pledged; and

   (F)   Serial number of the loan.
