§ 117.071 PAWNBROKER’S ANNUAL REPORT.
   Annually, every pawnbroker shall submit to the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, on forms and within the time prescribed by him or her, a report under oath, and providing the following:
   (A)   Number and amount of loans made during the preceding calendar year;
   (B)   Balance of all outstanding loans at the close of the year;
   (C)   The rates of interest charged; and
   (D)   Any additional information that the Commissioner may require.
