§ 117.069 INVESTIGATION BY COMMISSIONER.
   The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance has the authority to investigate a business at any time that would include all licenses. The Commissioner or a designated individual shall have free access, during normal business hours to the licensee’s place of business, books, papers, records, safes and vaults of the licensee.
