§ 117.068 REVOCATION OF PAWNBROKER LICENSE.
   The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance, may, upon five days notice and after a hearing, revoke any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter for any violation of the provisions or regulations. [N.J.S.A. 45:22-8]
