§ 117.066 PAWNBROKER MUST BE INSURED.
   Each licensed pawnbroker shall be required to furnish proof that he or she is adequately covered by insurance, bond or cash surplus to cover any pledgor in the event of loss by fire, theft or burglary. [N.J.S.A. 45:22-5]
