The applicant shall pay the Township Clerk prior to filing an application a license fee of $60 per Township fiscal year or part thereof. The license shall be renewed each year; the annual renewal fee shall be $60. A $30 late fee will be imposed if the business does not renew by January 31 of each year. Should the license be denied, the license fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
