(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Storm drain inlets. Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions of § 51.03 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for each storm drain inlet that is not retrofitted to meet the design standard.

(C) Dumpsters. Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions of § 51.04 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000.
