§ 130.95 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or implies a different meaning.
   PERSON. Any individual convicted of a sex offense as defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:7-2.
   RESIDENCE. Any place where a person lives either temporarily or permanently.
