For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ASSAULT AND BATTERY. An attempt or offer to unlawfully touch the body of another, willfully or in anger.
FIGHTING. Two or more persons committing or attempting to commit assault and battery upon one another, in public or private place.
PUBLIC DISTURBANCE. Any disturbance caused when either drunk or sober, which tends to disturb the peace, quiet and good order of the neighborhood.
