ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY. Includes any kennel, pet shop, pound, or shelter containing any animal subject to rabies or other diseases of dogs.
ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER. A person 18 years of age or older who has been qualified and certified pursuant to N.J.A.C.8:23A-2.1-2.5.
PRIMARY ENCLOSURE. Any structure used to restrict or confine an animal or animals to a limited amount of space, such as a pen, cage, compartment, or a room in an ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY.
