Gasoline stations operating in the Township shall be prohibited from operating between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless operated in accordance with the uses set forth in the Unified Land Development Ordinance of the Voorhees Township Code, which shall have no limitation upon the hours of operation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this chapter does not apply to convenience stores with gasoline fueling stations.
