§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall sell or distribute any alcoholic beverage without having complied with or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, except for § 111.03, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person who shall sell or distribute any alcoholic beverage in violation of § 111.03 shall be subject to suspension or revocation of any license issued pursuant to the Act.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of §§ 111.40 through 111.41 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $200 or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
