(A) The fees to be paid to the Township for the issuance and renewal of alcoholic beverage licenses shall be established as provided in the Act or as determined by the Township Committee, when authorized by the Act.
(B) All license fees shall be paid in cash or by certified check to the order of the Township, and all such receipts shall be turned over by the Township Clerk, when and as received, to the Township Treasurer.
