§ 110.21 NONAPPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to orders taken outside the Township, nor to soliciting of orders by wholesale dealers from retail dealers, nor to deliveries by wholesale dealers to retail dealers, nor to the sale or delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals.
