(A) Any person, firm or corporation found guilty in the Municipal Court of the Township for violation of the terms of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000, or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days.
(B) All remedies shall be cumulative, and the use of one or more remedies by Township shall not bar the use of any other remedy for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
