§ 98.19 TERM OF PERMIT.
   All permits issued shall be valid for a period of 60 days and shall terminate at the expiration of the 60-day period. In the event that the roadway has not been restored within the 60-day period, the entire amount of the fee shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
