Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant hereto shall, upon conviction, be subject to the replacement, repair or restoration of any damaged property and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 and, in default of payment thereof, may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge, for a term not exceeding 90 days.
